All pieces will be accepted for buyback/exchange after due examination for damage, weight & originality by our team. Copy of purchase invoice must be produced at the time of buyback/exchange.

The net gold content will be valued on the basis of our prevailing purchase rate on the date of buyback/exchange. In case a cash refund is sought instead of an exchange an additional deduction will be made on the exchange value of the item. This buyback scheme may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice at our sole discretion.
