For security reasons, we exclusively use premium, high-security shipping services that include full tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation. We do not use economy or untracked standard mail services for precious metals.

3. High-Value Insurance Coverage
All orders are 100% insured against loss or damage while in transit.

Carrier Liability: Please note that carrier-declared value (e.g., standard FedEx/UPS liability) often has extremely low limits for precious metals, coins, or bullion. We use our private, specialized insurance to fill this gap.

Damage or Tampering: If you receive a package that shows signs of tampering, crushing, or damage, DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY. Demand that the carrier document the damage immediately, and contact our customer service team.
4. Discretion & Security Protocols
For your protection, we employ the following security measures.

Discreet Labeling: We do not use business names or jewelry terms in the shipping or return addresses. Our return label uses a generic acronym or neutral abbreviation. The package will not advertise its contents.

Tamper-Evident Packaging: High-value items are double-boxed and sealed using high-strength, tamper-evident tape that instantly reveals any attempt to open the package in transit.

Adult Signature Required: We require a signature upon delivery for all gold and silver shipments, without exception. The carrier will not release the package to anyone but a resident or designated agent at the address. Do not request the carrier to "leave at the door."
5. Return & Refund Handling (Shipping Costs)

We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged while in transit to us using customer-chosen shipping methods.
